How to search products?

If the game does not work well, can i get full refund?
We always test the games carefully before shipping one by one on original home/handheld consoles. The defect rate is around 2 % due to transportation. If you have any problem during playing the games, kindly contact us directly by email: email@example.com with the evidence ( if needed), we will offer replacement or full/partial refund without having to return the item). If RPG SNES can not save well, it might be due to the battery and in this case we suggest you replace the battery with new one. we will send instructions for this.
